Trouble Downloading:
Are you getting a strange message when you try download? When the website is busy with lots of customers downloading, the system may time out users who have dialup access or a slow connection to the site.
Wait a few moments and redownload the file from your account when the visitor can is lower ad fewer customers are downloading.
Cannot Open File on My Computer
If you get any messages when opening the file and it will not open, then you will need to redownload the design. The first download did not complete.
My File is Missing My Format
First check to see if the file you purchased offers your format.
Next, make sure you have extracted your file on your computer after downloading it from the website.
If the format you need is missing from this point, then you will need to redownload it as it did not completely download the first time.
