I Havent Received My Freebies:
1) Be sure that you order qualified for the freebie on promotion. If you used points which brought your checkout total down below say the $5 order requirement, then your order doesnt qualify. Also be sure that you had paid for your order before the deadline of the offer ending. We run on EST and all freebies start and end dates revolve around midnight EST.
2) Have you checked your account? All freebies now appear in your account on the qualifying order page in the form of a button that is located below the other file download buttons.
I Cannot Add The Freebie to My Cart:
There is no need to add one of our current promotions free applique to your cart in order to get it for free. We take care of that for you! Simple shop and add the other things you want and pay. When you have paid and go to download the files you purchased from your account, you will see that we have automatically added the free designs to your order detail page.
If you are wanting to simply just buy the promotional items and not any other designs, you will need to wait until the next set of promos come out on the site. Current promos are not for sale, although they are added when you make a qualified purchase.
