Sewing Problem
All of our designs are test sewn. No exceptions. They always sew out properly before being released. There are some factors however that can make a design not sew out properly. Here is a checklist to ensure you are following the proper sewing procedure:
1) Never resize applique designs or freestanding lace. The die line and tack down lines can become offset.
2) If your machine doesnt have a safety mechanism that prevents you from sewing until the hoop lever is press down locking it into the embroidery machine, then make certain this wasnt accidently left unsecured when you returned your hoop to the machine after trimming an applique fabric.
3) Make sure you arent pulling too much at your hoops stabilizer or hoop garment when trimming applique fabric. This can misalign your design in the hoop.

The design did not download properly when you downloaded it from the site.
REDOWNLOAD THE DESIGN TO FIX AND DONT RESIZE. If this doesnt work,
