I Cannot Download or Have A Pending Order
If you have a pending order you will not be able to download your freebies nor your items you purchased. If you do not have download buttons on your order page in your account then you have a pending order!
There are two reasons that causes pending orders:
1) You thought that you paid, but either you forgot, or your payment didnt clear. You still need to pay for your order.
2) You did in fact pay, but our merchant didnt record the transaction.
We can help you in either case. You will need to look up the paypal transaction id or the receipt id from payment email you got via email from paypal and send that number to us. From there we can find your order details and help you!
