How Points Work
I cannot get the store to accept my points:
If you have 20 points that are worth .80 cents. You would enter 20 instead of .80 cents to get the discount.
Also, the cart doesnt like a perfect 0.00 basket so use one point less so that the order is not Zero and to leave a penny or two left. When you have just a few pennies left over to
proceed to paypal as normal like you are going to pay..but then once at paypal, close the window. The order will stick in pending status and then just email me with the order number and tell me to push it through :)
I accidentally used points and didnt get the current promo items:
You are more than welcome to place another order for the difference and then please email me directly with the promos you need and what format you use. I will manually send you the other freebie(s).
I Lost Points When I Canceled My Order:
Please email us using the button below with the number of points you lost. Our staff will research your account to verify and add the points back to your account.
